Understanding

1- Walk-in participants are welcome and free to attend the events and sessions on festival grounds.
2- Attendees can register for specific shows and collect the passes physically from the collection point.
3- The auditorium has limited seating. It is not possible for us to allow access to everyone. The attendees will be booked by first come first serve basis.
4- The seating for the pass-holders will be given preference over the non pass-holders until 15 minutes before the show on validation. Once the seating process of the pass-holders is complete, only then the remaining seats will be available to the non-pass holders according to first come first serve basis.
5- Anybody not adhering to the queue can be asked to leave the queue or refused entry by the admin/staff
6- We expect delegates to cooperate with us.

Auditorium Rules and Regulations

1- This ticket is NOT FOR SALE
2- Registering for the event or possessing this pass would actuate an agreement of the registered participant/pass holder with the participation guidelines.
3- This pass is valid for single person entry only.
4- This pass is valid for a single show of a single play. The pass must be produced and submitted with the authorities on entry.
5- The pass will be held valid only till 15 mins prior to the play.
6- Delegates are expected to arrive 15 mins prior to the play. Late comers will STRICTLY not be allowed to enter the auditorium.
7- This pass does not assure an entry or seat if the delegate has not RSVP-ed or is late. Pass holders will have preference over unregistered persons. However, seating will be on the basis of first come first serve policy for the pass holders as well.
8- Any breach of the participation process, identification process, admission process and/or any disrespect towards security regulations can invalidate the entry privilege in the auditorium area and/or immediate exclusion from all events by the organizers.
9- The organizers hold the authority of denying entry in case of the registered person/pass holder failing to produce an ID.
10- Person without entry pass can be denied entry at the auditorium by security personnels.
11- Refrain from using cell phones and other electronic devices inside the auditorium.
12- Delegates who have lost their entry pass will have to re-register and collect new pass.
13- Any person conducting wrongful acts of recording of the plays (filming, audio recording) is liable for strict action by the festival management team and is a criminal and punishable offence.
14- Eatables and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium.
15- Any case of discrepancy shall be attended by festival management and the decision shall stand final.
16- It is the responsibility of the pass holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
17- Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person.
